Assistant Public Housing Property Manager

Description / Responsibilities

Knowledge of HUD regulations and IRS regulations a plus.
Candidates with knowledge and experience in the tax credit programs will have preference.
Must be organized, able to multitask, handle a stressful environment and possess the knowledge, skills and ability to manage the public housing program.
Must pass the PHM and Tax Credit certification required within 12 months of hiring.
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not a requirement.
Must possess a 4-year college degree or 3 years of progressive work experience.
Must have 3 references.
