Dawn Belamarich

Dawn Belamarich currently serves as president and CEO of Collaboratory, Southwest Florida’s regional community foundation and convener, committed to coordinating solutions to the region’s most pressing social challenges. Widely recognized for her collaborative leadership and innovative approach to community impact, she has a career spanning both nonprofit and for-profit sectors, where she has guided organizations through transformational growth, operational advancement, and mission expansion.
Dawn is also a member of several national and local organizational boards and is a licensed mental health counselor and clinical addiction professional in Florida.
She earned a doctorate in business administration and leadership, along with dual master’s degrees in sociology/criminology and mental health counseling.
