SWFAHCF, Inc. offers affordable housing in the Lee County area through a Project Base Vouchers funded by HUD, which subsidizes rental assistance payments on behalf of its residents to the participating Landlord. The voucher program allows applicants to apply for each individual location, when there is a published wait list offering for its housing units.
SWFAHCF, Inc. consistently looks to increase its portfolio to be able to offer additional affordable housing units for communities in need.
The Foundation’ Coconut Cove Properties in Cape Coral Florida designated to Seniors age 62 or older. The Swanson Loop Property is designated to Seniors age 62 or older. The Senior living communities consist of 1-2-bedroom units. Family Community apartments in Fort Myers consist of 1-2-bedroom units and the Family Community in Lehigh Acres offers 3-bedroom units.
